A re-evaluation of all music we play at home football games.
How do we get there?
“From Dixie with love” is a “clean” version of Dixie. If we remove this “clean” version that apparently makes some minorities uncomfortable, why do we keep songs like “Throw it up” and “Hit the Quon” that repeatedly demean women by referring to them as the “b-word,” frequently use the “n-word,” and exude the drug and alcohol culture. If these songs are all the “clean” versions, what makes one worse than the other.
